BUILDER NOT ALLOWING TO MAKE WINDOW BOX GRILL FOR SAFETY OF LIFE.

My bedroom's windows open to the fro nt. Builder had made pigeon holes on top floor and so all the poop gets collected on the cantilever under my window. Also wild cats, monkeys find their way into our flat endangering our safety. I was making a grill with tin slope for poop to fall outwards and grill to discourage cats/monkeys but the builder threatened the workers. The work has been held. This building is standalone, 9 out of 11 flats are sold. 2 out of 9 shops are sold.
