Builder is not giving possession

Purchased a flat 3 years ago in Navade Navi Mumbai. But builder is not giving possession of the same flat. The buyer of the next flat occupied same flat telling as his own flat. What to do can't understand. Please help.
it is often seen that Builders used to delay possession of the flat. usually not giving possession within the time period specified in the agreements is termed as 'Delay'. you can approach to the Consumer Forum for the proper and effective remedy which is time saving, speedy and cost effective. you can get the possession as well as compensation for the same from Consumer Forum.

As buyer you have right to take possession of the flat on time as promised in agreement to sell. If unable to get it on time then you can approach the consumer court for getting the compensation from builder.
