Builder is asking for extra gst

I have made home agreement. Also 1st disbursement is done before 31 march 19. After 1st april gst rate changed to 1%. Builder has given revised cost sheet with 1% gst with his sign and stamp on paper. Now builder is asking to pay 12% gst. I feel builder is cheating with us . Please advice us what to do
if your builder asking to pay 12% of GST in this situation you can ask details of payment with respect of GST you can also ask receipt.
you think builder by way of fraudulent receiving amount from you in this situation you can file complain against your builder before Tribunal.
