Builder is asking for extra charges after giving possession ?

I have purchase flat at diva cost of Rs. 21 Lacs including Other Charges and excluding registration and stamp duty but in agreement is not mentioned separately. Builder agreed orally and given the key and i am staying from last 2 Years. Now he is demanded of Rs. 1.50 lacs after 2 Years for other charges when society formation is started. I don't have possession letter and no dues certificate. Please advise ?
As you had all ready paid the agreement consideration value as per the registered the document.Hence No need to entertain the extra demand by builder after the period of 2 years. You can give him legal notice for extortion of money.
