Builder Delaying Corpus fund transfer to resident association

This is a Residential Apartment, Handover started from 2015, Builder has Joint Venture with a Landlord and paid advance agreeing with 62 home sharing. Out of 217 flats, 150 flats is sold, and occupied. However Builder is ready to transfer the association office to Residents but not ready to transfer the corpus funds.

In this case, Send a legal notice to the builder and if that doesn't work, file a complaint in the consumer court as well as RERA. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
