Builder defaulter - can we stop bank EMI and how it can be done

I purchased flat in noida and had registry and bank loan. After 3 months Authority sealed building and case is going on between dealer vs authority. Now we r without electricity and watee now. For 5-6 months dealer provided electricity and water but now builder put his hands up. Please advice is there any way to stop my bank emi? I am going to sue case againt builder shortly but please advice on bank emi?
In this case you can file a complaint against that person under the offence of cheating defined under section 415 of the Indian Penal Code. If the police is not registering FIR you can also file the Complaint under section 200 of CrPC. you can also file a complaint in the consumer forum
