Builder completed 85% work but builder in jail what can I do

i had booked flat panvel builder completed 85 % building work i had paid 85 % amount ( approx 10lakh) the sale agreement registered in registrar office panvel the same builder has other project also.the other project pepple complain to economic offence wing (EOW) maharashtra THE EOW arrested the builder and both the director presently in judicial custudy. EOW sealed the builder office .my question is .can EOW sealed our building ? what i can do ( our buiilding all the flat have been sold and registered in registrar office
No, EOW cannot seal the building for which innocent people have paid the amount and the sale agreement has been registered in the registrar office as such people have paid the amount in good faith and have become holder in due course and acquired a good title over the property.
