Builder claiming ownership of common parking spot

Hello. In live in a society in Ahmedabad wherein the builder of the society is also living with his family.He has a bullying nature and insists that only his car is parked in a common parking spot area near his house. This is a common parking area wherein any resident of the society can park his or her car but whenever we park our car in that spot, he comes to our place knocking on the door to remove our car from the spot. It is bothering us a lot now. Do I have any legal options in this case?

Common plot, if specifically mentioned in the approved layout plan and the brochure are for the purpose of common use (parking or not is a separate issue).
If you are a member of the society you may approach the Registrar and Board of Nominees or else you may approach the Civil Court. Another remedy would be to file a police complaint for bullying harrasment and use of force, if any.
