Builder assigned one parking for two flat owners

Dear Sir, Builder had assigned a stilt parking for two flats (two separate units) and single owner. The these two flats are sold to different individuals. One of the owner is ready to release the rights from the said stilt parking. Please help, what documents would be required and can this be done? Your help is much appreciated.
As per the directive give by honerable supreme court of India the parking can not be sold to buyer. you had put incomplete fact of case with out proper fact the answer to your question can't be given.
