Builder asking for extra amount what can be done ?

I have booked a flat in Handewadi (Undri) Pune. Total cost of which was 42.50 lacks inclusive of all taxes. (where 2.5 lakhs was towards registration, stamp duty and other expenses). I paid self contributions of 6.5 lacks. Verbally he said everything is included in this 42.50 lacks and there's no other charges.. Now, the finance department from builder side asking for Rs 6400 towards other expenses and advocate fees. If not then they would terminate registration. Plz suggest.
No reason to pay an extra amount other than what is agreed between both of the parties as done in registration agreement. Whether builder had given you written letter for submission of remaining Rs of 6400/- towards the other expenditure? If yes then do not pay it since you had all ready paid it.
