Builder asking extra money for parking what can be done

i have purchase flat in pune almost 8months back but i have not discuss about parking at the time of booking right now when i am going to discuss about parking area he asking money around 1.7L which without any receipts but he agreed to give me in registar notery for the same. please let me know how i am proceed further... thanks
As per directive given by honerable supreme court builder can not sell the parking space by taking extra amount from the buyer. Hence don't entertain the builder for their extra amount. Thanks & best luck.
