Builder allocated stilt parking even though i paid for covered parking

Hi, I purchased flat in 2019 and i paid 5lac rupees for covered parking. Few days back builder did parking allotment for residents in the building and he has allotted stilt parking to me instead of the covered parking. Can he sell stilt parking? what are my options?
u can sue the builder under rera and consumer protection act. but u should have agreement for the same or even some payment proof to prove your case. but need some further information to reply in detail. you can call me for the same
