Build temple on my property what action can I take

23-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)

I allowed a temporarily puja pandel on my property from past few years. But today a groups of people build 'than'- a part of temple here without my permission. So I destroy the 'than'- a part of temple that is illegally maded. Now those people claims that I destroy their God statue and this a public property because from many years this puja has stated on this ground. What should I do now?

lodge a complaint to the police and file a case in u/sec.144 Cr.P.C. in Executive Magistrate Court and you should also file a suit for Declaration and Injunction in Civil Court. if needed you can approach to the High Court.

Mere making of puja does not make it public property as there is no such legal concept for the same.
The puja was performing with your consent only and once you refuse the same the group or para people cna not force you to let your property to do the same.
It is a civil dispute and beofre it acquires more prob elm for you file a declaratory suit and seek injunction.

Dear client,
First of all you have to file a complaint to your local police station. And then file a injunction over the property. And if the police did not take any action then immediately you have to file a writ application before the Highcourt for taking action on them.
