buffer zone restrictions in bangalore

i would like to know the buffer zone restrictions around lakes in bangalore , whether it is 30 metres or 75 metres. can i go for construction as per the bda master plan 2015 of 30 metres

In the case of lakes and wetlands, 75 m, from the periphery of the waterbody will be maintained as a green belt or buffer zone
50m from the edge of a primary rajakaluve
35m from the edge of a secondary rajakaluve.
25m from the edge of tertiary rajakaluve.
While the new orders will not affect ongoing projects so you can start work immediately so you can avoid this new orders
