brother's rights in father's property

My father (now Senior Citizen) built a shop cum residence property from his own funds and resources., but out of affection he put the name of his younger brother(my uncle) in property documents. There is no mention of my father name in the property documents. All 3 brothers living in the same property since last 15 years. Now the younger brothers forcibly evicting my father out of the house or asking money of their share of property, threatening that the house is not in my father's name and he will sell it off. Kindly suggest whether, my father has got any legal claim over the property Can his brothers evict him out of house. How can my father claim ownership of the property Thanks in anticipation.
