25-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
A ancetral property in which four sharers From four sharers two sharer pleged property to financial institute and failed to give emis know they taking possion under sarfaesi act what will happen the two sharers who have share in property how they will get there share if financial institute take possion of property
The posession of entire property can't be taken as the property is still joint between the cosharers and your brothers must have pledged their share. No one cam pledge another person share. In case the financial institutions take the posession of entire property you can go for injunction against the financial institutions. So far as i think the financial institutions will take symbolic posession not actual then they will proceed against the defsulter and not against you

First of all immediately approach court and get stay on your share as once financial institutions take possession than its difficult for you and as you mention property is ancetral property so you can sell your share.
