Brother sold share of property in my name without consent what to do

My grandmother bought land on my name on my birth. When my parents expired my brother sold a part of the property. Is that legal? What action can i take?
As per your query, if the property was in your name then your brother does not have any right to sell it. Legally you will be the sole owner and only you have the right to sell it to anyone.
