Brother occupying ancestral property and not giving my share from it

My brother occupying ancestral property in Patna and not giving my share nor allowing me get my share registered in my name. I live in Delhi. How do I get my property and how do I force him also to leave the house till a decision is reached?

In which you can pray for interim relief from the court.
