Brother Occupied and not vacating my House

About 10 years ago, my mother transferred the ownership of our house to me. Sadly, she passed away shortly after. Since then, my father and my brother’s family have been living in that house. Out of respect for my father, I never raised any issue regarding the property. Now, due to personal circumstances, I need to sell the house. My father understands and has given his consent.
