Brother Occupied and not vacating my House

Based on the information provided, if the ownership of the house was legally transferred to you by your mother 10 years ago and you possess the relevant documentation proving this transfer, you have a strong legal basis to initiate eviction proceedings. Since your father has consented to the sale and your brother is refusing to vacate despite this, you may proceed with the eviction process to regain possession.
