Brother has occupied property and not vacating how to proceed legally

We are three brothers my father aquired house site and a rcc building my father transfered the above said property in favour of my first brother and for me my second brother staying in that house since 4 years my father and mother staying in that house now my brother is rejecting to vacate to the above said building. What is the solution for above said problem?

What is the solution for above said problem?--- who is the owner of the property. if it is your father he can file a complaint and ask your brother to vacate and can also file a suit against your brother
