Brother got stay from High Court but lawyer keeps delaying what to do

We are 3 sisters and 3 brothers. My mother has gifted some land to 3 sisters. My eldest brother is adjacent to the land and he has encroached the place. Case got filed and thereafter we won and my brother filed an appeal and got permanent stay from Dharwad High Court Bench. The case is pending the since 2014. My lawyer is delaying along with that brother is disturbing the whole family. What should i do? How long does it take?
If the case is admitted it will come as per the serial number. You can file an application showing up your case be taken up at priority basis
