Breach of contact by brother can I take action against him

I made a settlement deed with my brother but now he forcefully encroachment a common door under the stare where my electric meter , water pump are installed,under the circumstances it is difficult to take miter reading,maintainence of water pumps e.t.c. my question is how he can do this by violating registered deed but showing notarized document. Plz give me legal advice.I am hindu.
file a police complaint as to illegal encroachment. also send a legal notice to him for illegal encroachment and mental harassment. You can sue your brother for the same. You can approach us for further help if required
