Bought two adjacent flats, wanting to make changes in those flats

i have been allotted two adjacent flats in vikas paradise CHS following redevelopment. i have submitted an application for removal of internal wall between the two flats and other non load bearing walls. no relocation of bathroom and kitchen has been made. the layout was drawn up by an architect and i have submitted a certificate by a structural engineer in support. the managing committee has denied permission on the grounds of structural stability despite the certificates submitted and the assurance that no load bearing structure will be touched. what steps can i take in order to make these changes
