Blocked Common Passage and obtained ex parte interim injunction.

Plaintiff resident of FF Def. resident of GF Pltf. first unauthorizedly blocked entry of Def. in Common Passage by blocking the GF's door opening in Passage from the staircase's side. Then he filed suit in 2007, obtained ex parte interin injunction on frivolous grounds. So Def's OH water tank n electricity meter is in his possession for which court made arrangement. Def. filed for vacation of this expatre inj., the opposite party counsel using various tactics got application dismissed. Case at xxx of pltf. stage, not expected to get over any time soon. Suggest some way to get stay vacated

Since already the case is pending in the court, before being able to provide any heplful guidance, we would like to review the order granting injuction and the susequent order dismissing the application for vacation of exparte injuction.
