Bank loan on a property in potential dispute

01-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a property in Tamil Nadu (legally purchased 25 yrs ago). The corporation filed in court claiming it was deemed for a park and so should be returned to them for free. They lost in the district court. They filed an appeal and lost again. Now they intend to file an appeal un the High Court we are told. Meanwhile I need funds to continue this potential battle. Can I legally get a bank loan against the property?
