Aunt nominated my dad for her property how to claim it

My aunty passed away.. she nominated my dad for her property.. but in 2 bank deposit she forget.. how can we claim that. ..
Your father will get the said property in which he was duly nominated by your aunt. However, in the case of the said 2 bank deposits, same will be divided equally among the legal heirs of your aunt (If Any). Also, if there are no legal heirs then the said property will be transferred to your father after providing the family certificate to the registrar.
