At the time of partition I was minor can I claim my share now

My grandmother bought a property in 1963 using joint family funds, the property was partitioned among my father and four of his brothers in 1974 , in 1996 my father and my uncles entered into a GPa with 3rd party to sell the land, I was a minor in 1996 when sale took place can I file a suit for partition from my fathers share as the land was sold when I was a minor
