Asking property from elder brother

when I was 3 years old my parents got expired. My dad was having a government job.My granny and my 3aunties look after me.My granny gave my dad's job to my elder brother she was hoping my brother will look after me and my sister but he didn't do anything for us.He use my granny's and 3 aunties money and government money (pension) to buy plot and make house on open plot.In this property is belonging names on me, my elder brother and my elder sister My sister is ready to transfer the house
