Ask for share in property from father

Can i ask biological father share in property even after he is having a second wife n kids from her We haven't been in touch with each other for over 30 years as my mum passed away n also they were separated after my birth Can i go and ask him for my share in his property/assets as I am his legal and biological daughter as he married my mum before this other woman

Yes, you can claim a share in the property of your biological father as you are one of his legal heirs. Though your father got married and has children out of his second marriage, however, you can still claim a share from his property. No you cannot claim the shares as the property is self acquired property of your dad You can be in touch with him in a amicable manner you can win his heart and show the need of the property the purpose shall be genuine Once you gain the trust of your dad Your father may make a will or can transfer some portion of the property as a gift deed to you
