Our society is not handed over to AoA and both builder and aoa is claiming us to pay maintenace and welfare fund what to do
from the date of possession you have to pay maintenance and other charges as because you are using facilities. aoa comes much later . maintaince charges have to be paid monthly if there is a dispute with the aoa then that can be resolved
