Applying injunction in Court Is it necessary to give original document
16-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
We trying to get injunction order in a property case from High Court. I would like to know that is it necessary to submit original property papers or we can submit notarised copy or certified copy of the same?
no original document is require to produce for obtaining injunction.
Well submission of original papers is generally not required , more so, when it pertains to hearing of injunction petition.
I am not sure why you were asked to submit the same in high court as in high court it is hardly required unless the court specifically asks for the same.
If you show me the order passed, if any and the contents of the petition I would be in better place to advise further.
