A civil suit was filed by a tenant. When the suit was filed the tenant had the key of the rented apartment. While the suit was going on the landlord without informing the tenant removed the lock and took possession of the flat and goods. Now the tenant wishes to file an application before the court to inform this development that he no longer has the possession of the flat.
