Any judgement to prove Gift D cancel case maintainable in CIVIL Court?

My sister's husband gifted house to his mother during matrimonial discord with his 1st wife and both told to my sister that husband is sole member of the house.
Now MIL is trying to evict my sister, in collision with her son. we filed Gift Deed Cancellation Case in CIVIL Court (not in family court). Do you have any judgement which can prove that case is maintainable in Civil Court? I will pay for it.
When your sister’s husband has already gifted the house to his mother then on what ground will you get the gift deed cancelled ? And even the son himself is favouring his mother ! Such type of case won’t stand in the court and even the case of cancellation has to be filed by son on grounds of undue influence, misrepresentation, coercion, fraud, threar etc !
