Another sale deed was made on the same day is it valid

sale deed of home was was executed on 10.09.1966 and registered on 11.09.1966 with no XXXXXX. On the same day 10.09.1966 a unregistered resale agreement was made by mentioning the sale deed registered no XXXXX. Resale agreement is valid or not?
Kindly elaborate your question. first sale deed was executed and then who executed the second sale deed. Resale would be valid only if the sale deed is registered and executed. Unregisted resale agreement is not valid.
