Hello sir,
I m unmarried female staying at my father's ancestral home, Father is no more if mother want to will the property amongst 3 of her children than what is the procedure of that.
First of all you have to retrieve the certified copy of ownership documents from the concerned sub registrar office to ascertain that to whose name this ancestral properties is registered and what part would go to the mother in succession then only your mother can execute a genuine will.

Mam, there is your right in father's property equally with your brother. mutual understanding is good then you can make compromise before honorable court. court will pass decree on it. if anyone is not try to understand your opinion then you can put partition suit before honorable court. sure you will get your right.
