Ancestral property transferred but sold without giving share

Our ancestral land we transferred to one of the legal heir believing him on the condition that asfer selling we all Wil have share.. But that person sold without our knowledge and transferred.. He didn't gave even a single rupee.. All other legal heirs are felt cheated.. He sold for high value but says he sold for very low value.. What to do.?? I need help.. Is there any possible way to get the share or atleast get a stay order on that land property..

First, please understand that an ancestral property is one which is in common possession and enjoyment continuously for four generations. If the property in question satisfies this condition, engage a competent advocate and file a petition at the proper court for setting aside the sale, or alternatively, for claiming your share of sale proceeds.
