Ancestral Property to be transfer on my name

Hi,
I have a house in Andheri East, Which is still on my Grand Mother name , My Grand Mother has two children one Son (has two children me and my sister ) and daughter (has three children ) I would like to transfer this house on my name , I am providing financial mother and taking care of her needs ,but i think she favor my sister and my sister is already married with two children, and i think she favor my sister once i will come to transfer the property on my name , Kindly advice how can i get it done,

Hello,
Before we approach further we have to make a proper family tree and obtain an NOC from all the dependents who might clam their share in this property, if they can give an NOC you can make a Famiky Settlement Deed and duly register the same.
Or else we can approach the high court for further would like to know more information before I can comment anything further.
