Ancestral Land Partition - Release Deed or Gift Deed - best Option nee

Thanks for your time learned counsel.
1. We are co-owners of two parcels of ancestral land in Maharashtra.
2. As a family settlement, we want to distribute the land parcels amongst ourselves.
3. What would be the best option available to us? partition deed, release deed, or gift deed
4. We are looking at an option that cannot be revoked/challenged in the future by either of the family members.
5. What are the implications of the stamp duty on all the options.
6. The religion is Hindu
You can go for family settlement deed and shall be registered it with appropriate stamp duty and registration if you wish it shall not be challenged you need to involve all the legal heirs of the ancestral property and execute the deed
