ancestral land acquisition more than valid share

13-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
My family in Tajpur, Bijnor, is facing severe legal problems regarding our ancestral land (Khasara No. 340). Co-sharer Tillu Tyagi has illegally acquired a disproportionate 2/3 share, while our rightful share is 1/4. He's allegedly used corrupt influence with local administration and police to achieve this, causing significant delays in our legal proceedings. He has also filed baseless lawsuits against us, all dismissed. A case (R20246001313383) is pending with the Board of Revenue, Lucknow.
