Ancestral Home property settlement

28-May-2025 (In Property Law)
Your Allahabad property, inherited from your grandmother (now deceased, as are your father and grandparents), is jointly owned by you, your brother, and your mother. Your two paternal aunts are demanding a share. You propose a gift deed for a side portion to your aunts to resolve this. You plan to sell the remaining land later. Is a gift deed appropriate? What documents ensure future hassle-free sale/management of your share?
