Ancestor Property under liquidation by the bank

We have an ancestor property my grandmother made a dead and transferred it to my mother since my father were died .My elder brother mortgage the same property on the basis dead with bank without my consent now property is under liquidation it comes to my notice recently how could I protect my share.
Plz guide me
