File the civil suit for declaration of gift deed as null and void and also to declare yourself the owner of the land. before that you can file an application before the collector for correction of entries in khasra.

In your situation, since the agricultural land originally belonged to your father and has allegedly been transferred to your bua through a suspected fake gift deed around 2001–2002, your first step should be to obtain certified copies of the gift deed and related land records from the Sub-Registrar or Revenue Department. Even if the deed was executed many years ago, any registered document should be traceable through the registry office or via RTI, using the reference number you have. If, after examining the records, you find that the gift deed was forged or executed without your father’s knowledge or consent—especially considering he was residing in another state at the time—you may file a police complaint under relevant IPC sections such as 420, 467, 468, and 471 for cheating and forgery. Additionally, you should initiate a civil suit before the competent court seeking cancellation of the fraudulent gift deed and a declaration of your rightful interest in the property. It is important to act promptly, and for further legal action or document review, you may contact me directly.
