Agriculture land on 10 years lease bank declared me as defulter

I am landlord of agriculture land approximate area 3 acre, this land i am giving on lease, tenant will use land for poultry farm, for this nabard is financing him, for security nabard is mortgage property papers, in case if tenant doesn’t repay amount of loan, my property will come under bank and i will declared as a defaulter so in that case what should i have to do, which kind of formalities i have to do with tenant for becoming me more safe.
