Agreement rights Change to legal heists

16-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
My grandfather had leased a place through a 99-year agreement. He passed away last year when the agreement was 50 years old. What happens to the agreement when he has 8 children. Who needs to change or can everyone claim the agreement?

After the death of your grandfather, all his surviving Class-I legal heirs automatically succeed to his estate. They become parties to the lease agreement automatically in the place of your grandfather.
