Advice to withdraw property dispute case on the basis of below mention

My parents property illegally acquired by party (A) , A bases on fake papers sold the property to (B). Now my parents filed a legal suit against B, but the husband & wife (A) are expired.
Now, after so many years my parents also expired.
I wish to withdraw the case as I don't wish to hang up myself for so many years & spoil money.
Can court impose penalty on me, in papers my father is first party he filed case against B & I'm the caretaker as he was senior citizen & can't go to court. HINDU
if you want to withdraw you can withdraw but first we have to see that it is on which stage right now. there are many things which can go against us if we withdraw it right away without knowing the whole background from where it arises and now till where it has reached.

If you are the only legal heir then you can withdraw the case but I would recommend to consult your advocate before doing the same !
