Advice for property transfer in lucknow city

01-Apr-2025 (In Property Law)
"We have a house in Lucknow that was originally in the name of my late grandfather. Both my grandfather and grandmother have passed away. The property is now registered in the Municipal Corporation of Lucknow in my father's name. My father has four sisters. We want to reconstruct the property and may consider selling it in the future. Given these circumstances, do we have the legal right to reconstruct the property?
