purchased house from gnida registration done in 2012 physical possession not taken. construction is 1 bhk instead of 2 bhk as advertise in brochure can i appeal in rera court what r my other legal remedy
well it is completed before rera enactment so you can not.
however you can for cheating or fraud
else under civil court for compensation

you can file a case in RERA only when the building has not been given oc or cc till the commencement of RERA Act i.e. so if your project was incomplete by that time you can file a case in RERA else you have the remedy of Civil court and consumer court.
