Adivasi land Transfer of occupancies with permission

I CAN BUY ADIVASI AGRICULTURE LAND IN 1970,WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION SO, THEY SEND ME NOTICE IN 2019 UNDER MAHARASHTRA LAND REVENUE CODE 1966 SECTION 36A . SO I WANT TO KNOW I HAVE TO RETURN LAND BACK TO THE ADIVASI OR NOT ?Gave me the answer in detail.I AM FROM OPEN CASTE ,SINDHI AND THEY ARE TRIBAL
there is restriction the sale of adiwasi lands. if ur adivasi then u may purchase it, if not you are bot bound to purchase the same.
Maharashtra Land Revenue Code of 1966 is made applicable. You have to seek permission for Hon'ble District Collector U/s- 36 & 36 A of the said code, than only you can purchase or sell as you have purchased long ago you have to give a valid reason.
