Additional Delay Flat Penalty Calculation

I have booked a flat in 2021 and possession was due in June 2021 and RERA issued Recovery Certificate on in my favour on 15/12/2023 it was mentioned that from 16/11/2024 builder has to pay penalty for any additional delay
Builder instead gave the cheque of 11monthslater and RERA received money on January 2025 and I received money in March 2025
My question is Additional Delay penalty will be calculated From the date of cheque builder gave or Date of RERA Recevied money or Date I received money
your additional delay penalty will be calculated from when builder gave thr the cheque builder gave after 11 months as per the rera the penalty within 5 months so you have to calculate and submit to court regarding additional delay penalty
