Action for possession of property yet to be regularized by NIT

Dear sir/madam, we purchased a plot from socitey and registered it in 1990. 1000 rs paid to NIT for sanctioned it. But still plot is not regurised by NIT. layout is NIT Property ,society claim it illegaly, as per NIT. society claim his property as 7/12 given by nagpur collecter. its great confusion what will we do take possesion. also plot demarkated and physical seen not matched. please guide us
Sir... For that I need to see your sale deed and the permission by Collector.... And the property extract and layout plan of the society... Then only I can give you right advice but prima facie it look that you can file civil suit of declaration
